摘　　要：通过介绍张家口电力调度交换网络的组网结构,分析目前网络运行中存在的问题。提出在张家口电力调度程控交换系统中,传统的PBX电路交换技术已无法满足智能电网发展的需求,不能满足高容量信息集成。明确了利用综合数据网网络资源构建电力调度软交换网络的优越性和必要性,从而提高电力系统调度通信专网运行的可靠性和对电力调度的支撑能力。This paper analyzes the operation problems in the existing network based on the structure of Zhangjiakoupower dispatching exchange network and points out that the traditional PBX technology has been unable to satisfy thedevelopment of Smart grid and can not meet the needs of high capacity information integration. The advantages andnecessity of constructing power dispatching soft-switch communication network using integrated data network is pres-ented. The network could improve the reliability of power dispatching communication network and provide support forthe power dispatching.
