环境规制与农产品出口的协整机制研究——以山东省为例

摘　　要：以环境污染物排放量作为环境规制水平度量值,对山东省1989—2012年环境污染物排放量和农产品出口数据进行了协整分析和格兰杰检验,研究两者之间的关系。结果表明,长期来看环境污染物排放量的减少会促进农产品的出口,在短期中,环境污染物排放量的变动是农产品出口变动的格兰杰原因,并根据山东省农产品出口情况提出了加强环境规制的建议。The environmental pollutant emissions was taken as metrics in this study, and cointegration analysis and Grainger test were used to analyze the relationship of environmental pollutant emissions and agricultural product export in Shandong province from 1999 to 2012. The results showed that the reduction of pollutant emissions would promote the export of agricultural products in the long term, environmental pollutant emissions change was Grainger reason for the agricultural product export change in the short run. The recommendations to strengthen environmental regulation according to the export of agricultural products in Shandong province was put forward.
