摘 要:为研究缓冲架座对轻型遥控武器站的影响,建立一种某机枪和连接机枪与枪架的弹簧缓冲器的虚拟样机模型。利用三维作图软件Pro/E和动力学仿真软件ADAMS建立虚拟样机模型,通过进行不同条件下模型的仿真,分析了缓冲器对机枪射击时射频的影响和对传递至枪架后坐力大小的影响。结果表明:弹簧缓冲器会降低武器射频同时明显减小传递至枪架的后坐力,有缓冲器时机枪三连发射击每两发间的射频减小,且射击时传递至枪架的后坐力峰值较无缓冲器时减小88.3%。To study the impact of cushion holder for light remote weapon station, established the virtual prototype model of a general purpose machine gun and the spring buffer by using three-dimensional drawing software Pro/E and dynamic simulation software ADAMS, through the simulation under different conditions of the model, analysis the impact of the spring buffer for gun fire, include the influence of RF and the force transfer to frame seat, results showed that: when fire three round with spring buffer the RF between every two round is decreases and the RF between first round and second round is different from the RF between second round and third round.
