摘　　要：车辆在侧面碰撞过程中,侧门异常开启会极大地危害内部乘员的安全。文章从门锁系统的惯性力、门钣金变形驱动外把手解锁以及门钣金直接撞击门锁解锁结构等3个失效模式,通过软件分析和计算机仿真分析等手段进行了失效模式的探测和解决方法的研究。During the vehicle side impact lest, side door abnormal opening will cause the danmge to the passengers. This paper illustrates three main failure modes to this issue, including side door latch system inertial force, side door outer panel deformation drive outside handle unlatching and side door outer panel direeetly tmlatch by pushing the unlatch lever on the latch through the software analysis and CAE method, meanwhile the paper provides the solution shnly to the modes above mentioned.
