摘  要:长周期光纤光栅在拉紧的状态下粘贴在材料为铜和树脂玻璃的衬底材料上,利用材料受热膨胀引起的应变变化原理补偿温度漂移,设计了一种无源温度补偿技术。结果表明,未补偿的光纤光栅的温度灵敏度为118pm/℃左右,安装在铜制衬底上时为78pm/℃左右,而安装在树脂玻璃衬底时光纤光栅透射光谱的波形将发生改变。试验证明选择合适衬底材料可改善长周期光纤光栅波长的温度稳定性,该技术可运用于船舶进行关键参数的工程测量。A passive temperature-compensating package of long period fiber grating (LPFG) is designed based on its negative strain coefficient. LPFG is pasted on the substrate material, such as copper and plexiglas under tension. The strain induced by the thermal expansion of substrate material is used for temperature compensating. The results show that the mounted grating on copper exhibit lower temperature sensitivity (about 78pm/℃), compared with uncompensated grating (about 118pm/℃). On the other hand, the transmission spectrum waveform of the mounted grating on Plexiglas changes. It is demonstrated that the package could improve the wavelength stability of LPFG when appropriate substrate material is chosen. The technical can be used in measuring key parameters in engineering.
