强化术前访视在开腹手术患者中的护理效果研究

摘　　要：目的研究强化术前访视对开腹患者术后心理健康状况与术后正常生活能力的影响。方法将该院由2010—2013年期间收治的100例需要开腹手术的患者随机分为研究组和对照组,每组50例。研究组采用强化后的术前访视,对照组采用传统的术前访视。两组均采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评价患者术后心理健康状况,采用Barthel指数(BI)、功能对立性评定量表(FIM)评价患者术后正常生活能力。结果手术前两组患者的HAMD评分无统计学差异(P>0.05),手术后两组患者HAMD评分差异有显著性(P<0.05)且研究组得分(13.85±7.00)明显低于对照组得分(23.53±8.23);手术后研究组BI和FIM得分[(77.02±13.11)和(95.33±12.26)]分别高于对照组得分[(63.97±11.35)和(88.93±12.87)],且差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论强化术前访视能有效并科学的降低开腹手术患者术后抑郁情绪,并提高患者正常生活的能力。Objective To evaluate the impact of preoperative visits on the patients’ postoperative mental health and ability to live a nor-mal live.Methods A hundred patients undergoing laparotomy from 2010 to 2013 were randomized into study group and control group, 50 cases for each group.The study group had strengthened preoperative visit while the control group used routine visits before surgery. Hamilton Depression Scale（ HAMD） was adopted to evaluate the postoperative mental health in patients,and Barthel Index（ BI） ,Func-tional Independence Measurement（FIM） were used to evaluate the patients’ability to live a normal life after surgery.Results HAMD scores in two groups were not significantly different before the surgery（P〉0.05）,but were significantly different after the surgery（P〈0.05） and the score in study group（13.85 ±7.00） was significantly lower than that in control group（23.53 ±8.23）.Postoperative BI and FIM scores in study group[（77.02 ±13.11）,（95.33 ±12.26）] were significantly higher than those in control group[（63. 97 ±11.35）,（88.93 ±12.87）]（P 〈0.05 ）.Conclusions Strengthened preoperative visit can effectively and scientifically re-duce depression in patients after laparotomy,and improve patients＆#39;ability to live a normal life.
