Objective Continuous renal replacement therapy combined with hem perfusion in the treatment of severe infections caused by AKI were observed and discussed. Methods 98 patients with severe infection caused by the extraction of AKI were divided into the control group(n=45)and treatment group(n=53).The control group were treated with intermittent hemodialysis combined with hem perfusion, patients in the treatment group were given continuous renal replacement therapy combined with hem perfusion. Results The treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the treatment group hospitalization time and renal function recovery time was less than that of the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion Continuous renal replacement therapy combined with hem perfusion therapy can effectively remove harmful substances in the blood,to protect the kidney, promote the recovery of renal function, clinical curative effect is better than that of intermittent hemodialysis combined with hem perfusion, beneficial to patients with the recovery of the body,is worthy to be popularized to use.
