银杏注射液与低分子肝素联合治疗脑梗死的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的研究银杏注射液与低分子肝素联合方案治疗脑梗死的临床疗效。方法选取2008年10月至2013年10月间于本院进行治疗的128例脑梗死患者,将其分为治疗组和观察组各64例,治疗组患者给予银杏注射液联合低分子肝素钠治疗,对照组患者给予复方丹参注射液与低分子右旋糖酐治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果 1两组患者治疗前后的血流动力学改变,治疗后的红细胞压积、全血比粘度及血小板聚集度的比较,治疗组均优于对照组,P<0.05,具有统计学意义。2两组患者治疗前后的神经功能缺损评分比较,治疗组患者经过治疗后的神经缺损程度评分明显降低,优于对照组患者,P<0.05,具有统计学意义。3两组患者临床疗效对比,治疗组患者的总有效率明显高于对照组患者,P<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论银杏注射液与低分子肝素联合案治疗脑梗死的临床疗效好,能有效促进神经功能恢复,是目前临床治疗脑梗死较为有效的方案之一,值得临床推广应用。Objective To study the clinical curative effect of ginkgo biloba injection combined with low molecular heparin for the treatment of cerebral infarction.Methods 128 patients with cerebral infarction were divided into treatment group（n=64）and observation group（n=64）.The patients in treatment group were given Ginkgo biloba injection combined with low molecular heparin sodium treatment.The patients in control group were given compound Danshen injection combined with low molecular dextran.The therapeutic effects were compared in two groups.Results The hemodynamic changes were compared before and after treatment in two groups,hematocrit,whole blood contrast viscosity and platelet aggregation were compared,the treatment group was better than control group,P〈0.05.The neurological deficit score were compared before and after treatment,after the treatment,the neurological deficit score were significantly lower than the patients in the control group,P〈0.05.In treatment group,the total effective rate was significantly higher than the control group,P〈0.05.Conclusion The effect of ginkgo biloba injection combined with low molecular heparin for the treatment of cerebral infarction was good.It can effectively promote the recovery of neural function.It is one of the more effective clinical treatments for cerebral infarction currently and clinical application was promoted.
