集束化护理预防ICU呼吸机相关性肺炎的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨集束化护理干预预防ICU呼吸机相关性肺炎(VAP)的效果。方法将213例使用呼吸机的患者按照住院治疗的先后顺序随机分为观察组109例、对照组104例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在此基础上采用集束化护理干预,在患者转出ICU时进行效果评价。结果观察组患者VAP发生率、病死率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者呼吸机使用时间、住ICU的时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在ICU内对使用呼吸机患者采用集束化护理干预,可以有效预防VAP的发生,降低患者病死率,提高患者生存质量,缩短患者呼吸机使用时间和住ICU的时间,减轻患者经济负担。Objective To explore effect of prevention of ventilator-associated pneumonia with cluster nursing.Methods 213 ventilator patients were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received routine care.The observation group was treated with cluster nursing on that basis.The effect was observed.Results The incidence of VAP and mortality of observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.The time of ventilator and ICU stay of observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The cluster nursing interventions can be effective in preventing the occurrence of VAP,reducing patient mortality and improving the quality of life of patients,shortening patient ventilator time and ICU stay and reducing the financial burden on patients.
