摘 要:以常用型号YQD-6减压阀为研究对象,进行流量性能试验,研究流量性能,确定减压阀的进口压力、出口压力和出口流量的关系,采用回归分析建立减压阀流量性能的数学模型。结果表明,采用指数函数方程建立数学模型的计算值和流量性能试验测得的试验值吻合性好,两者之间的偏差率平均值为1.99%。该模型可为生产施工企业和相关工程设计人员合理设计减压阀的流量性能参数提供理论依据和设计参考。Commonly used model YQD- 6 pressure reducing valve was taken as the research object and the flow performance test was carried out. The flow performance was studied and the relationship of the pressure reducing valve inlet pressure, outlet pressure and outlet flow was decided. Using regression analysis, the mathematical model of the pressure reducing valve flow performance was established. The results indicated that the calculated value of the mathematical model based on exponential function equation matched well with the measured value of flow performance experiment, the average deviation was only 1.99%. This model can be used for providing the theoretical basis and the design references of reasonable designed performance parameters of the pressure reducing valve device for manufacturing enterprises, construction enterprises and related engineering design personnel.
