摘 要:以功能树的方式对消防水带收卷器各部分的功能及性能要求进行分析。综合考虑技术、经济、社会性三个方面选择关键零部件,设计了一种新型的手自一体消防水带收卷器,并介绍其工作原理。该机能以机动或者手动方式快速收卷用过的水带并有效排挤掉水带中的残余积水。实际测试结果表明,该机动力消耗少,手动电动自由选择,收卷水带效率高,体积小,方便移动。The function and requirement of each part of fire hose retractor was analyzed by method of function tree. The key components of the retractor were chosen with the consideration of technique and economy and sociality, then a new fire hose retractor which can be operated manually and automatically was designed and its operation principle was introduced. This machine could roll the used fire hose quickly by manual mode or automatic mode, and forced out the water in the hose, which will reduce the pressure of drying. The practical testing results showed that this machine was well-designed and consumed less energy and compensate for current shortage, it could select the manual mode and automatic mode freely, and small enough to move expediently.
