摘 要:从消防战斗服的技术性能要求出发,研究其可用的耐高温纤维,具体介绍芳纶纤维、芳砜纶纤维、聚酰胺酰亚胺纤维、聚苯并咪唑纤维、蜜胺纤维、聚对苯撑苯并双噁唑纤维、聚酰亚胺纤维、聚(2,5-二羟基-1,4-苯撑吡啶并二咪唑)纤维、聚苯硫醚纤维、酚醛纤维,讨论纤维的性能及应用并综述国内外耐高温纤维的研究进展。选用酚醛纤维布及酚醛纤维毡进行阻燃及热稳定性测试,结果表明,酚醛纤维的LOI、初始热分解温度、最大热失重温度较高,阻燃性能优良。According to the technical performance requirements of firefighting protective clothing, the suitable high temperature resistant fibers were overviewed in this article. Aramid fiber, polysulfonaramid fiber, polyamide-imide fiber, polybenzimidazole fiber, melamine fiber, poly(p-phenylene-benzobisoxazole) fiber, polyimide, polypyridobisimidazole fiber, polyphenylene sulfide fiber, and phenolic fiber was specifically introduced. The properties and applications of fibers are discussed and the research progress of these fibers in China and abroad were reviewed. Fire resistance and thermal stability experiments of phenolic fiber cloth and phenolic fiber felt showed that phenolic fiber cloth owned better fire resistance performance with higher LOI value, initial thermal decomposition temperature and maximum thermo-gravimetric temperature.
