摘　　要：通过分析消防设施维护保养项目管理工作的现状以及存在的问题,探讨消防设施维护保养项目信息化管理系统的设计思路,分析其结构和功能。提出在消防设施维护保养项目管理工作中应用信息化管理系统的优势。针对目前消防设施维护保养项目管理系统应用中的不足之处,分析了该系统的应用前景。Through the analysis of the status of maintenance project management work of fire control facilities and the existing problems, the design idea of fire protection facilities maintenance project informatization management system was discussed, its structure and function was analyzed, and the advantages of the application of informatization managcment system on the fire facilities maintenance project management were put forward. According to the shortcomings of application of fire fighting facilities maintenance project management system, the widely application prospect of the system was analyzed.
