摘　　要："中国梦"是中国共产党的新一届中央领导集体,接过历史的接力棒,站在历史、现实与未来的交汇点上,向世人昭示的施政纲领。它视野宽广、内涵丰富,蕴意厚重,既传递出中国共产党人牢记使命,履行责任,实现中华民族伟大复兴的坚定决心和信心;又体现了党的执政理论与时俱进,执政主旨更加追求人民幸福、执政韬略更加实干兴邦、执政视野更加面向世界,实现了执政理论创新的又一次飞跃。Chinese Dream , is an administrative program what China＆#39;s new top leadership declare to the people , standing on the intersection of history , reality and future , after taking the baton of history.It has a wide sphere of vision , is rich in content and profound in meaning.It shows that Chinese Communists keep firmly in mind the mis-sions and fulfill their responsibility entrusted by the people , and the nation ’ s firm determination and confidence to achieve the goal of great renewal.It also reflects that the Party＆#39;s governing theory advances with the times; its ruling purpose stresses more on the happiness of the people; its ruling military strategy is more of “Getting things done”as to rejuvenate the nation; and its ruling view is more oriented to the world , which realize another leap of the Par-ty’ s governing theory innovation.
