摘　　要：对现行使用有毒有害试剂和工艺制作鱼类标本的技术进行创新,寻求一种无害化的大型中华鲟标本剥制制作新技术。通过高浓度酒精长时间浸制脱脂、无毒害试剂防腐防虫、制作废弃物无害化处理等制作工艺技术,实现对环境和人体无毒害的目的。A new technique for harmless making of stripping specimen of large -sized Chinese sturgeon Acipenser sinensis were searched for ,in order to innovate upon current techniques for making strip‐ping specimen which used harmful reagents and crafts .The critical technique consisted of a long time soaked in high concentration of alcohol for skimming ,treatment with non -toxic reagents for anticor‐rosion and insect prevention ,and safe disposal of waste produced ,which was non -toxic to the envi‐ronment and human .
