摘　　要：目的:筛选冠心病气虚证相关特征性代谢产物,尝试建立冠心病气虚证在代谢层面的识别模式。方法:氢核磁共振检测45例冠心病患者及15名正常人的血浆代谢产物,对数据进行PLS-DA、VIP及t检验/非参数检验分析,筛选出气虚证相关特征性代谢产物,聚类分析验证特征性代谢产物对气虚证的识别效果。结果:检测到冠心病患者和正常组血浆内源性代谢成分39种。PLS-DA积分矩阵图显示:冠心病患者与正常组,冠心病气虚证与非气虚证的分布区沿第一主成分t(1)轴方向完全分开。气虚证的特征性代谢产物包括乙酰谷氨酸、赖氨酸、缬氨酸和肉碱。结论:冠心病患者的异常代谢过程包括了氨基酸、糖、脂质及能量代谢、凝血过程及其他代谢过程;筛选出的4种生物标志物基本上实现了对冠心病气虚证的有效识别。Objective： To select the characteristic metabolites related to the qi-deficiency syndrome of coronary heart disease（CHD） and establish qi-deficiency syndrome identification modes based on metabonomics. Methods： Plasma samples of 45 CHD patients and 15 healthy people were detected by hydrogen nuclear magnetic resonance. The data was analyzed by PLS-DA, VIP and t test/ non-parametric tests and analysis. Characteristic metabolites related to qi-deficiency syndrome were screened, then clustering analysis was used to validate the identification effects for qi-deficiency syndrome. Results： 39 endogenous metabolites had been detected in CHD patients and healthy control group. PLS-DA integral matrix graphs showed： distribution region of CHD patients and healthy people, qi-deficiency and non qi-deficiency patients could be completely separated along the t（1） axis direction. Characteristic metabolites of qi-deficiency included acetyl glutamic acid, lysine, valine and carnitine. Conclusion： The abnormal metabolism of CHD patients included amino acid metabolism, glucose metabolism, lipid metabolism, energy metabolism, blood coagulation process and other metabolic processes. Four kinds of metabolic biomarkers basically realized the effective recognition of qi-deficiency syndrome.
