摘　　要：胃癌在发展过程中可能会发生错综复杂的病机变化,如寒热错杂,使得临床治疗更为棘手。吴良村教授认为寒热错杂证治以"和解"为先。"辛开苦降"法是和解法的典型代表,上下不和者,必求于中焦,寒热错杂证型的胃癌,首当用"辛开苦降"法和之,遣方用药随证调整。Gastric carcinoma often happens some complicated pathogenesis changes in its progression, such as cold and heat in complexity syndrome, which make it more difficult to treat. Professor WU Liang-cun, proposed that cold and heat interwoven syndrome should be treated with the method of ‘mediation＇ first. The pungent opening and bitter downbearing method was a representative method of ‘mediation＇. Based on the theory of ‘upper and lower incoordination of the body should be treated from the middle jiao＇, gastric carcinoma with cold and heat interwoven syndrome should be mediated with the pungent opening and bitter downbearing method. Prescription always should be adjusted according to the syndrome.
