中医药促进创面生长因子分泌的研究进展

摘　　要：近几十年来研究认为,创面愈合的核心是生长因子的调控。随着对中医药深入的研究,发现许多促进创面愈合的中药具有促进创面细胞分泌生长因子作用。笔者就近几年来中药促进创面生长因子——转化生长因子(TGF)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、成纤维细胞生长因子(FGF)、表皮生长因子(EGF)分泌的研究进展做一综述。In recent decades, researches found that the regulation of growth factors was the core of wound healing. With the development of Chinese medicine researches, it was found that many Chinese herbs could promote the secretion of growth factors which played an important role in the wound healing. Therefore, the author wrote the mini-review based on the research progress in secretion of growth factors in wound promoted by traditional Chinese medicine.
