疏风宣肺和解表清里方药体内外对流感病毒的影响

摘　　要：目的:通过疏风宣肺和解表清里两方药对流感病毒影响的体内外实验研究,探讨两方药对甲型流感病毒的抑制作用。方法:小鼠滴鼻感染流感病毒亚甲型鼠肺适应株FM1,灌胃给予疏风宣肺和解表清里两方药,观察两方药对小鼠死亡率和生存时间的影响;将两种方药作用于感染甲型流感病毒(H1N1)的肺肿瘤细胞(A549),观察两种方药对甲型流感病毒体外的抑制作用。结果:体内实验中,疏中组、疏小组和解小组明显降低病毒感染小鼠死亡率,并延长小鼠平均生存时间,并且与病毒对照组有明显差异(P<0.01,P<0.05),体外实验中两方药对流感病毒感染也有明显的保护作用(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:疏风宣肺方和解表清里两方药在体内外均具有良好的病毒抑制作用。Objective： To investigate the effects of Shufeng Xuanfei and Jiebiao Qingli Formulas on inhibition influenza virus in vitro and vivo. Methods： Mice were anesthetized and then infected with influenza virus FM1, and received gavage administration with Shufeng Xuanfei Formula and Jiebiao Qingli Formula, and then the influence of the two formulas on the mortality and survival rate of mice was observed. A549 cells infected by influenza A virus（H1N1） were treated with the two formulas, and the inhibitory effect of the formulas on the virus was observed. Results： In vivo experiment showed that compared with the model group, middle and low dosage of Shufeng Xuanfei Formula and low dosage of Jiebiao Qingli Formula could decrease the mortality of mice infected by influenza virus, and extend the average survival days significantly（P〈0.01, P〈0.05）. In vitro experiment also showed there was obvious protective effect of the two formulas on influenza virus infection（P〈0.05, P〈0.01）. Conclusion： The viral inhibitory effects of Shufeng Xuanfei and Jiebiao Qingli Formulas were good in vitro and vivo experiments.
