IL-4R基因rs3024619、rs2057768、rs3024585多态性与哮喘患者大鱼际掌纹特应征的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨白细胞介素4受体(IL-4R)基因多态性与青岛地区汉族成人哮喘患者大鱼际掌纹特应征的相关性。方法:采用SNa Pshot方法检测研究对象IL-4R基因的rs3024619、rs2057768和rs3024585共3个多态位点的基因型和等位基因频率。结果:rs3024619、rs2057768和rs3024585这3个位点单核苷酸多态性(SNP)在掌纹阴性组与掌纹阳性组间差异无统计学意义。结论:rs3024619、rs2057768和rs3024585的基因多态性与大鱼际掌纹特应征不存在相关性。Objective： To investigate the relationship between the atopic traits of thenar palmprint and polymorphisms of IL-4R in Han nationality adults with asthma in Qingdao. Methods： Frequency of genotype and allele of rs3024619, rs2057768 and rs3024585 collected from IL-4R were detected by SNa Pshot method. Results： In the polymorphisms of rs3024619, rs2057768 and rs3024585, there was no significant difference between the positive group and negative group in thenar palmprint. Conclusion： There is no remarkable difference between the atopic traits of thenar palmprint and polymorphisms of IL-4R.
