摘 要:目的:观察揉髌手法对兔膝关节软骨组织细胞增殖的影响,进而探讨其治疗的可能作用机制。方法:150只新西兰兔分为3大组,每组50只;每大组随机分为手法组、针剂组、模型组、假模组和正常组各10只。前3组通过手术造成骨内高压型动物模型。造模1周后手法组手法施术5周共17次;针剂组关节内注射药物共5次。造模后8周末、12周末和16周末分别处死动物,取膝关节软骨组织,免疫组化法检测软骨细胞增殖率。结果:模型组软骨组织退变明显,软骨细胞增殖率在不同时间段内均明显低于手法组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:揉髌手法可明显促进兔膝关节软骨细胞增殖,降低软骨组织的退行性变。Objectives: To observe the effect of Roubin manipulation on the proliferation of chondrocyte in rabbit knee joint and investigate the possible mechanisms of roubin manipulation. Methods: 150 New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into three timeline groups, with 10 rabbits in each big group, and each big group were then further divided into five groups: manipulation group, sodium hyaluronate group, model group, sham model group and normal group, with 10 rabbits in each group. A high intraosseous pressure model was established in the manipulation group, sodium hyaluronate group and model groups. After one week following model induction, Roubin manipulation was performed 17 times for each rabbit in the manipulation group, and sodium hyaluronate injected intra-articularly five times in sodium hyaluronate group. Rabbits were sacrificed on 8th, 12 th and 16 th week after the model was originally established. After taking the cartilage of knee joints, the proliferation rate of chondrocytes was detected by immunohistochemical method. The data was analyzed by statistics. Results: The cartilage degeneration was marked in the model group. The proliferation rate in the model group was significantly lower than that in the manipulation group in all periods, the differences were statistical significance(P〈0.01). Conclusion: Roubin manipulation could significantly promote the proliferation of chondrocyte in rabbit knee joint and reduce the degenerative changes in the cartilage tissue.
