摘 要:目的:建立同时测定暑热宁口服液中麝香草酚、香荆芥酚、百秋李醇、广藿香酮、厚朴酚、和厚朴酚6个有效成分含量的气相色谱方法。方法:采用气相色谱法,色谱柱为HP-5毛细管色谱柱(30m×0.32mm,0.25μm),进样口温度220℃,检测器温度220℃,程序升温,起始温度110℃,保持10min,以25℃程序升温至230℃,保持9.2min,分流比10∶1,进样量1μL。结果:麝香草酚、香荆芥酚、百秋李醇、广藿香酮、厚朴酚、和厚朴酚进样浓度分别在0.226-2.260mg/m L(r=0.99961),0.1055-1.0550mg/m L(r=0.99954),0.212-2.120mg/m L(r=0.99963),0.114-1.140mg/m L(r=0.99955),0.0828-0.8280mg/m L(r=0.99968),0.072-0.720mg/m L(r=0.99975)成良好线性关系,平均加样回收率(n=9)为100.9%-104.5%(RSD2.4%),99.2%-103.4%(RSD1.9%),97.2%-100.8%(RSD1.9%),96.2%-99.4%(RSD1.7%),96.2%-98.7%(RSD2.1%),95.2%-98.2%(RSD1.8%)。结论:该分析方法简单,可控性强,结果准确,可同时分析暑热宁口服液中的多种主要成分。Objective: To establish the capillary pillar gas chromatography method to simultaneous determine six active ingredient content(thymol, carvacrol, patchouli lee alcohol, pogostone, magnolol and honokiol) in Shurening Oral Liquid. Methods: Using the gas chromatography method, the column was HP-5 capillary column(30m×0.32 mm, 0.25μm), inlet temperature at 220℃, detector temperature at 220℃, temperature program, initial temperature at 110℃, keeping 10 min, 25℃ temperature programmed to 230℃, keeping 9.2min, split ratio was 10 : 1, injection volume was 1μL. Results: Thymol, carvacrol, patchouli lee alcohol, pogostone, magnolol and honokiol injection concentration was respectively 0.226-2.260mg/m L(r=0.99961), 0.1055-1.0550mg/m L(r=0.99954), 0.212-2.120 mg/m L(r=0.99963), 0.114-1.140mg/m L(r=0.99955), 0.0828-0.8280mg/m L(r=0.99968), 0.072-0.720mg/m L(r=0.99975) as a good linear relationship. The average recoveries(n=9) was 100.9%-104.5%(RSD2.4%), 99.2%-103.4%(RSD1.9%), 97.2%-100.8%(RSD1.9%), 96.2%-99.4%(RSD1.7%), 96.2%-98.7%(RSD2.1%), 95.2%-98.2%(RSD1.8%). Conclusion: The analysis method was simple, controllable and accurate, which could simultaneous analyze the main components in a variety of Shurening Oral Liquid.
