推拿联合中药敷脐治疗小儿腹泻的研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨推拿联合中药敷脐治疗小儿腹泻的效果。方法:选取符合病例纳入标准的小儿腹泻患儿100例,随机分为2组,每组50例,对照组采用常规治疗,试验组在采用常规治疗的基础上应用推拿联合中药敷脐。结果:两组的疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),推拿联合中药敷脐治疗可缓解小儿腹泻的临床症状,总有效率高于对照组。结论:推拿联合中药敷脐治疗小儿腹泻疗效显著。Objective： To evaluate the efficacy of treating children with diarrhea by using combination treatment with umbilical compression therapy of Chinese medicine and massage therapy. Methods： 100 cases that met the criteria of children with diarrhea were selected. The cases were randomly divided into two groups： control group and treatment group, with 50 cases in each group. Cases in control group were received conventional treatment, while cases in treatment group were received the combination treatment with umbilical compression therapy of Chinese medicine and massage therapy based on the conventional treatment. Results： The difference in the curative effect between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.01）. The combination treatment with umbilical compression therapy of Chinese medicine and massage therapy could relieve the clinical symptoms of children with diarrhea, and the total effective rate was higher than that of conventional treatment group. Conclusion： The curative effect of treating children with diarrhea with combination treatment with umbilical compression therapy of Chinese medicine and massage therapy was significant.
