摘　　要：台山广海湾处置区是全国首个接收香港惰性拆建物料在内地海域处置的试点区。香港是自由港,植物疫情复杂,惰性拆建物料主要成份为砾石、砂石、泥土以及混凝土、瓦砾、砖等,携带害虫、真菌、细菌、线虫以及软体动物的风险极高。本研究对处置区进行有害生物种类调查,根据有害生物风险,确定需关注的包括红火蚁Solenopsis invicta Buren在内10种(属)有害生物。提出了(1)物料源头监管;(2)现场验证抽检及管理;(3)处置区域后续监督管理;(4)突发植物有害生物疫情的处置的检疫措施。Guanghaiwan Bay disposal area of Taishan is the coun disposed inert construction and demolition material from Hongkong, try＇s the first pilot plot that receives ing the first one among Chinese sea areas. Hongkong is a free port with complex plant epidemics, and the main ingredients of the waste material are gravel, sand, mud, concrete, bricks, rubble and others that are more susceptible to pests, fungi, bacteria, nematode and mollusc. After a survey on pests species and an analysis of their risks in the disposal area, ten of species （genuses） , including Solenopsis invicta Buren, are determined to be worthy of special attention in this paper. Measures of quarantine are also put forward （ 1 ） The supervision of material source ; （2） Field validation, sampling inspection and management ; （ 3 ） The follow- up supervision and management of the disposal area; （4） Emergency management and quarantine of plant and pests epidemics.
