解毒通脉胶囊对UA热毒痰瘀证患者炎性因子影响

摘　　要：目的:研究解毒通脉胶囊对不稳定型心绞痛(UA)热毒痰瘀证患者炎性因子的影响,探讨解毒通脉胶囊治疗UA的作用机制。方法:将住院UA热毒痰瘀证患者56例,随机分为两组,治疗组口服西药和解毒通脉胶囊,对照组口服西药,两组均4周为1个疗程,共服1个疗程,治疗前后各查1次高敏C反应蛋白(hs CRP)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)含量,记录心电图改变。结果:两组在心绞痛疗效上有显著性差异(P<0.05),可以认为治疗组在心绞痛疗效方面优于对照组;两组在心电图疗效上无显著性差异(P>0.05),可以认为治疗组在心电图疗效方面与对照组相当;两组治疗后hs CRP较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),治疗组治疗后hs CRP较对照组明显降低,有显著性差异(P<0.05);两组治疗后Hcy较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),治疗组治疗后Hcy较对照组明显降低,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:解毒通脉胶囊可以明显改善冠心病不稳定型心绞痛热毒痰瘀证患者临床症状,降低血中hs CRP、Hcy含量,改善心肌供血,值得临床进一步研究应用。Objective：To research the influence of Jiedu Tongmai Capsules on inflammatory factors for UA of heat and phlegm-blood stasis syndrome in patients and to explore the mechanism in the treatment of UA. Methods：The hospitalized UA 56 patients with heat and phlegm-blood stasis syndrome were randomly divided into two groups：treatment group used oral medicine and Jiedu Tongmai Capsules and control group only used oral medicine. 4 weeks was one period of treatment,a total of one period of treatment. We checked the high-sensitivity C-reactive protein（hs CRP）and homocysteine（Hcy）levels and recorded ECG changes before and after treatment. Results：Two groups had significant difference on angina pectoris curative effect（P〈0.05）,indicating angina pectoris curative effect of treatment group was better than that of the control group. Two groups had no significant differences in electrocardiogram curative effect（P〉0.05）. The two groups＇ ECG curative effect had no significance（P〉0.05）,indicating the two groups had the same function on ECG. After treatment,the two groups＇ hs CRP was significantly lower than those before treatment（P〈0.05）. After treatment,treatment group＇s hs CRP was significantly lower than that of the control group with significant difference（P〈0.05）. The two groups＇ Hcy after treatment was significantly lower than those before treatment（P〈0.05）. Treatment group＇s Hcy was significantly lower than that of the control group with significant difference after treatment（P〈0.05）. Conclusions：Jiedu Tongmai Capsules can obviously improve heat and phlegm-blood stasis syndrome of coronary heart disease unstable angina patients＇ clinical symptoms,lower hs CRP and Hcy levels in the blood and improve the myocardial blood supply. It is worthy of clinical application for further research.
