从免疫应激实验研究经前三剂止痛方与扶正祛邪相关性

摘　　要：目的:观察经前三剂止痛方(JQF)对小鼠免疫功能和应激反应的调节作用,通过现代医学的概念来初步研究方剂中所包含的扶正祛邪的中医内涵。方法:KM小鼠,雌雄各半,分为正常对照组、模型对照组、JQF高剂量组(1.9167 g·kg-1体重)、JQF低剂量组(0.9583 g·kg-1体重)和绞股蓝组(0.0237 g·kg-1体重),观察JQF对免疫功能低下小鼠的影响;将小鼠分为正常对照组、JQF高剂量组(1.9167 g·kg-1体重)、JQF低剂量组(0.9583 g·kg-1体重)和十全大补丸组(0.0156 g·kg-1体重)进行JQF抗应激实验:耐缺氧实验、耐疲劳实验、耐寒冷实验,分别计算小鼠在严重缺氧环境下的存活时间,在极度寒冷条件下的死亡百分率及小鼠因疲劳致死的负重游泳时间。结果:经前三剂止痛方对于免疫功能低下的小鼠以及在严重缺氧、寒冷、疲劳条件下小鼠的应激反应均有良好的修复作用。结论:本研究通过小鼠的免疫、应激实验显示,在扶正祛邪治则指导下拟定的活血养血方剂——经前三剂止痛方具有提高小鼠免疫功能和调节应激反应作用,对探讨祖国医学扶正祛邪治则客观化具有指导意义。Objective：To explain TCM theory of strengthening body resistance and expelling pathogen through the concept of modern medicine by investigating effects of the immune and the stress stress responses in the mice with JQF（three analgesic prescriptions used before menorrhea）. Methods：KM mice,half male and half female,were divided into normal control group,model control group,high dose of JQF group（1.9167 g·kg^-1 weight）,low dose of JQF group（0.9583 g·kg^-1 weight）and Gynostemma group（0.0237 g·kg^-1 weight）to study the effects of JQF on mice with immunosuppression. The mice were divided into normal control group,high dose of JQF group（1.9167 g·kg^-1 weight）,low dose of JQF group（0.9583 g·kg^-1 weight）and Shiquan Dabu Pill group（0.0156 g·kg^-1 weight）to study the experiments of anti-stress with JQF：tolerating anoxia,fatigue resistance and cold resistance. And then we calculated the survival time of mice in severe hypoxia environment,the percentage mortality in the extreme cold condition and the swimming time of death due to fatigue. Results：It showed that the JQF had good repairable effect in mice which had low immune function or wre under the stress reaction of the severe hypoxia,severe coldness or fatigue. Conclusion：With the immune and stress experiments in mice,JQF is positive correlated with strengthening body resistance and expelling pathogen of TCM therapeutic principles,which is directive to make the TCM therapeutic principles more objective.
