摘 要:目的:研究朝鲜白头翁Pulsatilla cernua(Thunb.)Bercht.et Opiz.根中皂苷类化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱、D101大孔吸附树脂、循环制备高效液相色谱等方法进行分离纯化,并通过化学方法和波谱手段鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从朝鲜白头翁干燥根70%乙醇提取物中分离得到10个化合物,分别鉴定为常春藤皂苷元3-O-α-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖苷(1),齐墩果酸3-O-α-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖基-28-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖酯苷(2),齐墩果酸3-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖基(1→2)-α-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖苷(3),常春藤皂苷元3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基(1→3)-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖基(1→2)-α-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖苷(4),齐墩果酸3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基(1→3)-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖基(1→2)-α-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖苷(5),齐墩果酸3-O-α-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖基-28-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖基(1→4)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基(1→6)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖酯苷(6),常春藤皂苷元3-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖基(1→2)-α-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖基-28-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖基(1→4)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基(1→6)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖酯苷(7),常春藤皂苷元3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基(1→4)-α-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖基-28-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖基(1→4)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基(1→6)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖酯苷(8),常春藤皂苷元3-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖基(1→2)-[β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基(1→4)]-α-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖基-28-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基(1→6)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖酯苷(9),常春藤皂苷元3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基(1→3)-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖基(1→2)-α-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖基-28-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖基(1→4)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基(1→6)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖酯苷(10)。结论:化合物2为首次从该属植物中分离得到,化合物9为首次从该植物中分离得到。Objective:To study the saponin constituents from the roots of Pulsatilla cernua. Methods:Compounds were isolated by silica gel chromatography,D101 macroporous adsorption resins and recycling preparative HPLC and their structures were elucidated on the basis of chemical and spectroscopic methods. Result:Ten chemical constituents were obtained and identified as hederagenin 3-O-α-Larabinopyranoside(1),oleanolic acid 3-O-α-L-arabinopyranosyl-28-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl ester(2),oleanolic acid 3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1→2)-α-L-arabinopyranoside(3),hederagenin 3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl(1 → 3)-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1 → 2)-α-L-arabinopyranoside(4),oleanolic acid 3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl(1 → 3)-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1 → 2)-α-Larabinopyranoside(5),oleanolic acid 3-O-α-L-arabinopyranosyl-28-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1→ 4)-β-D-glucopyranosyl(1 → 6)-β-D-glucopyranosyl ester(6),hederagenin 3-O-α-Lrhamnopyranosyl(1 → 2)-α-L-arabinopyranosyl-28-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1 → 4)-β-Dglucopyranosyl(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranosyl ester(7),hederagenin 3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl(1→ 4)-α-L-arabinopyranosyl-28-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1 → 4)-β-D-glucopyranosyl(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranosyl ester(8),hederagenin 3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1→2)-[β-Dglucopyranosyl(1 → 4)]-α-L-arabinopyranosyl-28-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl(1 → 6)-β-Dglucopyranosyl ester(9),hederagenin 3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl(1→3)-α-L-rhamnopyranosy(1→ 2)-α-L-arabinopyranosyl-28-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1 → 4)-β-D-glucopyranosyl(1 →6)-β-D-glucopyranosyl ester(10). Conclusion:Compound 2 was isolated from the plants in the genus Pulsatilla for the first time and 9 was isolated from this plant for the first time.
