HPLC法测定山楂降脂片中金丝桃苷和熊果酸含量

摘　　要：目的：建立高效液相色谱法测定山楂降脂片中金丝桃苷和熊果酸含量的方法。方法：采用Accurasil-C18色谱柱,以乙腈-甲醇-0.5%磷酸（68∶12∶20）为流动相,检测波长为280 nm,流速为1.0 m L/min,柱温30℃。结果：金丝桃苷和熊果酸的进样量分别在0.126-0.63、1.224-6.12μg范围内呈良好线性关系;回收率分别为99.70%、99.38%;RSD分别为0.89%、1.21%。结论：本方法简便、准确、灵敏度高,可作为山楂降脂片中金丝桃苷和熊果酸的含量测定方法。Objective：To establish the method for determination of hyperin and ursolic acid in Shanzha Jiangzhi Tablets by HPLC. Methods：Chromatographic column was Accurasil-C18. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-methano-0.5% phosphoric acid（68∶12∶20）and the detection wavelength was 280 nm with the flow rate of 1.0 m L/min. Column temperature was room temperature. Results：Hyperin and ursolic acid had good linear relationship in the range of 0.126-0.63 μg and 1.224-6.12 μg with RSD 0.89% and 1.21%,respectively. Conclusion：The method is simple and accurate with good sensitivity. It is a good method to determine hyperin and ursolic acid in Shanzha Jiangzhi Tablets.
