耳穴压豆结合情志护理治疗胸痹患者疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探析临床上采用耳穴压豆结合情志护理对胸痹患者疗效的影响。方法:本研究选取2012年8月—2013年8月心血管病科收治的胸痹患者120例为研究对象,将患者按照入院的先后顺序分为两组,治疗疗程均为15 d;患者在治疗期间均进行临床常规的综合性治疗和护理,治疗组患者在此基础上进行针对性的耳穴压豆和情志护理。观察和分析两组患者在治疗后的临床症状以及生命质量评分。结果:两组患者经过临床治疗后临床症状均有所改善,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者在治疗前临床症状以及体征积分无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:临床上在常规综合治疗基础上采用耳穴压豆结合情志护理对胸痹患者具有十分显著的疗效,明显改善患者的病情以及生存质量。Objective：To explore the effect of ear beans pressure in combination of modern nursing in patients with chest obstruction. Methods：During August 2012 to August 2013,120 cases with chest obstruction were as the research object. According to the order of admission,the patients can be divided into two groups. The treatment course was 15 days. Patients were given the routine comprehensive treatment and nursing. The treatment group patients added ear beans pressure and of modern nursing. Observation and analysis of two groups＇ clinical symptoms and quality of life scores of two groups were carried out. Results：Two groups＇ clinical symptoms were improved after treatment and the treatment group was better than control group（P〈0.05）. Before treatment,two groups＇ clinical symptoms and signs integral had no significant（P〉0.05）. Conclusion：On the basis of routine comprehensive treatment,ear bean pressure in combination of modern nursing has remarkable curative effect in patients with chest obstruction and can obviously improve the patient＇s condition and the quality of life.
