摘　　要：目的探讨人工气道内吸痰操作的安全性,改进吸痰护理流程。方法对68例患者(对照组)应用FOCUS-PDCA程序找出常规吸痰护理流程中易导致感染的薄弱环节,进行流程再造,应用于其他52例患者(实验组)。结果实验组气管切开期间肺部感染发生率显著低于对照组,护理操作时间显著缩短(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论应用FOCUS-PDCA程序可以有效改进问题流程,有利于护理质量的提升。Objective To explore the safety of sputum suctioning process in artificial airways and to improve the process.Methods FOCUS-PDCA was used to find out the weak links leading to infection in routine sputum suctioning process in the control group of 68 cases.Then process reengineering was conducted to improve the sputum suctioning process,which were later applied to the experimental group of 52 cases.Results The incidence rate of pulmonary infections and the time for sputum suctioning in the experimental group was significantly lower and shorter than the control group（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）.Conclusion The FOCUS-PDCA program can be used to improve the unappropriate process effectively and benefit the quality of nursing service.
