通脉复方中川芎挥发油提取及包合工艺研究

摘　　要：目的:对通脉复方中川芎挥发油的提取及β-环糊精包合的最佳工艺进行研究。方法:采用正交设计试验,以挥发油的提取率为指标,考察萃取压力、萃取温度、萃取时间的最佳条件;以挥发油的包合率为指标,考察β-环糊精与挥发油比例、包合时间及包合温度等因素的最佳条件。结果:川芎挥发油最佳提取工艺为萃取压力28MPa,萃取温度45℃,萃取时间40min。川芎挥发油最佳包合工艺为川芎挥发油与β-CD的比例为1∶8(mL∶g),在包合温度为50℃的条件下包合1h。结论:优选的挥发油提取及包合工艺稳定可行。Objective：To study on the technological process of the extraction and the β-Cyclodextrin inclusion of the volatile oil in Tongmai. Methods. With the index of the yield of volatile oils, the extraction technology of volatile oils from Tongmai was optimized by orthogonal test with factors of extraction pressure, temperature and time. With the index of inclusion rate, inclusion process of β-CD was optimized by orthogonal test with factors of β-CD to volatile oils, inclusion temperature and mixing time. Resuits ： The optimized extract process of volatile oil was that the extraction pressure is 28 Mpa at 45 ℃ for 40rain. The β-CD inclusion processl was that the proportion of β-CD and volatile oil was 8 ： 1 （g · mL） at 50 ℃ for mixing 1 h. Conclusion：This method es- tablished for the extraction of volatile oil and β-cyclodextrin inclusion was feasible and steady.
