手机与Proteus软件联合的智能电暖器半实物仿真

摘　　要：以STC89C52单片机为控制器核心,基于华为公司的GSM模块EM310,设计了一款可以接受手机短信,并根据短信内容来运行的智能电暖器。为了验证设计方案,在Proteus环境下手机通过USB接口与PC机相连,被模拟成EM310模块及其SIM卡,完成与STC89C52单片机的通信,从而建立起该智能电暖器的半实物仿真模型。通过半实物仿真,验证了该智能电暖器设计方案正确,能实现预期的短信遥控等智能控制要求。将手机与Proteus软件联合起来实现短信遥控电器半实物仿真的方法,对于同类智能系统的开发具有广泛的应用价值。With STC89C52 MCU as the controller core,an intelligent electric heater operated by short mes- sage serviee（SMS）was designed,based on EM310 GSM module manufactured by Huawei Company. For the verification of the design scheme,a mobile phone and a PC were connected throug USB, and the EM310 module and SIM card were simulated and communicated with STC89C52 MCU,thus the hardware-in-the- loop simulation model of the heater was constructed on the software platform Proteus. The simulation re- suits showed that the design scheme was feasible and fulfilled the desired control functions. The toothed of jointing Proteus and mobile phones for the distant control of household appliances by SMS has general applications in the development of similar intelligent systems.
