摘 要:研究吡格列酮和依那普利在链脲佐菌素(STZ)诱导的糖尿病心肌病模型中对心脏收缩功能的影响。采用腹腔STZ注射法复制糖尿病心肌病大鼠模型,随机分为依那普利干预组(E组,依那普利6mg/(kg·d))、吡格列酮干预组(P组,吡格列酮10mg/(kg·d))、联合干预组(EP组,吡格列酮10mg/(kg·d)+依那普利6mg/(kg·d))和非干预组(D组);另设一正常对照组(C组)。药物干预时间为12周。以超声心动图检测各组大鼠心脏收缩功能,同时检测血糖水平、体重和心脏重量。结果发现:(1)与正常对照组相比,各组糖尿病大鼠血糖水平增高非常显著(P<0.01);(2)各干预组LVEF和LVFS显著高于非干预组(P<0.01),联合干预组LVEF与LVFS显著高于吡格列酮和依那普利单一干预组(P<0.05);(3)各干预组心重/体重比值显著低于非干预组(P<0.05)。因此,吡格列酮和依那普利可显著纠正糖尿病心肌病大鼠心脏收缩功能障碍和降低心重/体重比值,二药联合干预作用优于单一用药,这种心脏保护作用不依赖于血糖水平的降低。To investigate the effects of pioglitazone and enalapril on systolic function of the rats in the STZ- induced diabetic cardiomyopathy model. Method.. Abdominal injection of STZ was employed to replicate the combination interference group rats were far higher than those of the rats in the enalapril interference group and pioglitazone interference group (P〈0. 05). The ratio of heart weight to heart weight of the rats in the interference groups decreased significantly, compared with that of the rats in the non-interference group. Thus, pioglitazone and enalapril remedied systolic dysfunction of the rats with diabetic cardiomyopa- thy and lowered the ratio of heart weight to body welght,the interference of the two drugs combined was superior to that of either,and the therapeutic effects on the heart were independent of the decrease of the level of blood sugar.
