15-冠醚-5相转移催化合成N,N—二乙基苯胺的研究

摘　　要：用15-冠醚-5作相转移催化剂,在常压下由苯胺和溴乙烷合成N,N—二乙基苯胺,研究了多种反应因素对目的产物产率的影响,提出了常压催化合成目的产物的最佳工艺条件:苯胺和溴乙烷的摩尔比为1∶2.5,催化剂用量0.6g,在45mL 30×10-2(质量分数)的NaOH溶液中,反应温度55℃,常压反应5h,产品收率38.65%。15-crown-5 was used as the phase transfer catalyst to synthesize N,N-Diethylaniline with aniline and bromoethane under atmospheric pressure and the factors affecting the yield of N, N-Diethylaniline were researched. The proposed conditions of catalytic synthesis were that the molar ratio of aniline to bromoeth- ane was 1 ： 2.5, the amount of the catalyst needed was 0.6 g,the dosage of sodium hydroxide solution of 30×10^-2 was 45 mL,the reaction temperature was 55 ℃ and the reaction lasted 5 h under normal atmos- phere. The yield of N,N-diethylaniline was 38. 65%.
