摘　　要：探讨如何对课程进行面向卓越工程师培养的教学方式改革,提出从理论课程体系、实验环节体系、科技创新体系三个方面建设教学体系,利用企业和校内实训基地资源,实行学习与认证结合;改革考核方式,综合评价考生的能力。The paper is aimed at discussing how to reform for excellent engineer training oriented organization form of teaching and teaching approach. Building teaching system is proposed to be built up from three aspects with the aiding of Theory Curriculum System, Experiment Segment System and Technology Innovation System. Learning and certification should be combined with utilization of resources in practical training bases of university and related enterprises. Inspection method should be reformed, and capability of examinees should be evaluated comprehensively.
