摘　　要：在管理信息系统广泛应用的今天,科技立项评估管理信息系统无疑能为科技立项评估操作实务及业务管理提供较强的技术支撑,评估业务管理水平的高低、评估业务完成质量的好坏在较大程度上取决于该系统构建的水平与质量。文章结合自身从事科技计划立项评估及其管理信息系统开发及应用的实践经验,对科技立项评估管理信息系统的构建原则、设计要求以及系统开发应注意的主要问题进行了总结与探讨。In management information systems widely used today,the technology assessment project management information system will undoubtedly provide strong technical support for science and technology project evaluation operations and business management practices.Assess the level of business management, evaluating business to complete their quality depends on the level and quality of the system is built to a large extent.Combined with its own plans to engage in science and technology project assessment and management practices of information systems development and applied experience.A summary and discussion of construction principles technology assessment project management information system design requirements and system development should pay attention to the main issues.
