摘 要:为了更好地理解聚合物的阻燃性能,分析聚合物在不同燃烧试验下评价结果之间的相关性就显得相当重要。利用极限氧指数(LOI)、垂直燃烧及锥形量热仪3项试验,表征高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)的阻燃性能,并分析3种燃烧试验结果间的相关性。与Pearson和Kendall相关性模型相比,Spearman模型在判定2个试验结果的相关性时具有更高的显著性水平。通过相关性分析发现,不同阻燃体系下HDPE的LOI与UL94等级有一定的Spearman等级相关性,可以根据LOI粗略划分UL94 HB或V-2/V-0级材料;UL94等级与锥形量热仪参数之间没有相关性;LOI还与锥形量热仪部分参数之间有较好的相关性。结果表明,阻燃HDPE在不同燃烧试验下评价结果之间的相关性较弱,因此,需要结合多种阻燃测试方法综合分析材料的阻燃性能,以提高评价结果的可靠性。To further understand the flame retardancy of polymer, it is important to analyze the correla- tions between measurements of typical fire tests for polymeric materials. The flammability of flame retarded HDPE was characterized by carrying out vertical burning tests, LOI tests and cone calorimeter tests. Corre- lations among UL94 rating, LOI and cone calorimeter data were analyzed by using of Spearman, Kendall and Pearson correlation models. In comparison with Kendall or Pearson correlation model, Spearman corre- lation model which was used to analyze the correlations among data obtained from three fire tests for HDPE had a higher significance level. Analysis of UL94 rating shows that there are correlations between UL94 rating and LOI values, so it is possible to differentiate between UL94 HB and V -2/V -0 rating by LOI values. Meanwhile, there is no precise correlation between UL94 rating and cone calorimeter measure- ments, and there are strong correlations between LOI values and some parameters of cone calorimeter. Comprehensive considering data obtained from three fire tests indicates that quantitative correlations among data are not perfect, so the multi-scale fire tests should be employed to estimate the flame retardancy of HDPE.
