摘　　要：目的探讨强化A班职责的连续性连班制在责任制整体护理中的实施效果。方法将南京军区南京总医院肾脏科内科病房作为试点病区实施强化A班职责的连续性连班制排班,调查实行新排班方式后患者感知服务、护士生活工作满意度及医护合作满意度。结果推行新的排班模式后,患者感知服务总体符合率为97.4%,护士生活工作质量总平均满意度为89.6%,医护合作总平均满意度为98.6%。结论强化A班职责的连续性连班制排班模式有利于强化责任制护理,落实优质护理服务,提高患者与医护人员的需求满意度。Objective To explore the implementation effect of emphasizing A shift responsibility in conti-nuity shifts scheduling model.Methods Selecting the ward of nephrology department in Nanj ing general hospital of Nanjing military command as pilot ward,and investigate patients’perceived service,nurses’ satisfaction of life and j ob and the degree of doctor-nurse cooperation after the implementation of new scheduling.Results The overall accordance rate of patients’perceived service was 97.4% and the average satisfaction of quality of nurse’work and life and doctor-nurse cooperation were 89.6% and 98.6%. Conclusion The continuous shifts scheduling model with strengthening the duties of A shift is good to strengthen the responsibility system for holistic nursing,implement the quality nursing and improve the satisfaction of patients,nurses and doctors.
