摘 要:采用常规固相法制备了CaFeO2.5掺杂改性的Pb0.95Sr0.05(Ti0.47Zr0.53)O3压电陶瓷.利用X射线衍射、扫描电镜、精密阻抗分析仪等技术分析表征了该体系的微观结构及电性能.结果表明:CaFeO2.5掺杂促进了PSZT陶瓷的致密化,抑制了晶粒长大.CaFeO2.5掺杂引起晶格畸变,随CaFeO2.5掺杂量的增加,四方晶格发生膨胀,四方度增大;缺陷偶极子增加,降低了压电性能并出现了类似于反铁电性质的电滞回线"束腰"现象.Pb0.95Sr0.05(Ti0.47Zr0.53)O3piezoceramics were fabricated using the conventional solid state reaction technique.The influence of CaFeO2.5substitution on the Pb0.95Sr0.05(Ti0.47Zr0.53)O3piezoceramics is investigated.XRD,SEM,Precise Impedance Analysis and regular piezoelectric properties test measures are used to characterize the microstructure,dielectric properties and piezoelectricity of the ceramics.It's shown that CaFeO2.5substitution promotes the densification of the ceramics and the grain growth is inhibited.CaFeO2.5substitution also leads to the crystal structure distortion.With increasing CaFeO2.5content the tetragonal crystal structure expands and the tetragonality and the defect dipoles increases.The piezoelectricity is decreased and the girdling on the ferroelectric loops which is familiar with cases in the antiferroelctrics is found with the CaFeO2.5substitution.
