金钱草颗粒治疗急性下尿路感染的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的总结分析金钱草颗粒在下尿路感染患者治疗中的应用效果。方法选择2012年1-12月期间我院收治的90例下尿路感染患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组各45例,对照组患者给予阿莫西林胶囊治疗（0.5g/次,3次/d,治疗7 d）,观察组患者给予金钱草颗粒治疗（10g/次,3次/d,治疗7d）,观察比较两组患者的临床症状改善及实验指标变化情况。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率95.55%明显高于对照组71.11%,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论金钱草颗粒在下尿路感染患者治疗中应用效果显著,临床值得推广使用。Objective The purpose Loosestrife particles analyzed patients in the lower urinary tract infections application results.Methods Select the period January 2012- December 2012 in our hospital 90 cases of urinary tract infection in patients for the study, 45 cases were randomly divided into the control group of patients in the observation group and the control group were given amoxicillin therapy（0.5g/ time, 3 times/d, treatment 7d）, the observation group were treated with loosestrife particle therapy（10g/time, 3 times/d, treatment 7d）, improvement of clinical symptoms and laboratory indicators of changes in the two groups were observed and compared. Results The Patients in the observation group total efficiency of 95.55% was significantly higher than71.11%, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In Loosestrife particles in the lower urinary tract infection treatment application effect is remarkable, worthy of clinical use.
