广西旅游管理专业应用型人才培养现状调查分析——基于泛北部湾区域经济视野  

Status Analysis of the Applied Talents Training of Tourism Management in Guangxi——Based on Regional Economic Perspective of Pan- Beibu Gulf

摘　　要：基于泛北部湾区域经济发展视野,采用问卷调查的方式,针对旅游企业和学生两种主体对广西旅游管理专业应用型人才培养现状进行调查分析。结果显示:广西旅游管理专业应用型人才培养存在人才培养定位不明确、课程体系设置严重滞后、实践教学环节薄弱、双师型教师偏少等问题。The article,from the Pan- Beibu Gulf regional economic development perspective,by means of questionnaires,and aiming at two subjects of tourism enterprises and students,conducts the investigation and analysis of the current situation of the applied talents training of Guangxi tourism management. The results show that in the training of applied talents of Guangxi tourism management,there are some problems,such as not clear positioning,seriously lagged behind curriculum setting,weak practice teaching,and few double- professionally- titled teachers.
