摘 要:近些年,包括风能、核能在内的新能源在东北地区得到较大发展。然而东北地区负荷规模不大,电源结构不合理,电网调峰能力缺乏,网架结构不是很合理,以及新能源本身具有与电网调峰能力不相符的特点,这些原因造成新能源发展受到诸多限制。简要介绍了东北电网概况及近些年存在的主要问题,分析了新能源大规模接入给东北电网带来的问题,总结分析近几年来为提高新能源接纳能力而采取的运行管理机制,并给出一些建议。In recent years,new power including wind power and nuclear power developed fast in Northeast of China. However,the development of new power is limited by small scale load,unreasonable power supply structure,insufficient peak load regulation. Due to unreasonable of grid structure and the discrepant characteristic of new power and grid peak load regulation. The country takes many measures to promote the development of new power and demands grid companies take precedence to receive new power. This paper introduces general situation and some important problems of Northeast China Grid Company,analyses some problems which caused by large-scale new energy integration in Northeast China Grid Company,analyses some operating management mechanisms adopted by Northeast China Grid Company in recent years and gives some suggestions.
