摘　　要：介绍基于Android平台的灾情速报系统研究的背景,以及客户端各个模块的功能和服务器端的业务处理流程,并对灾情报送、存储上传及获取的实现方法进行阐述,最后结合实际将该系统的功能予以展示。This paper introduced the research background based on damage report system of Android platform , and the client function of each module and the server of the business process , and to ana-lyze the disaster report , storage upload and gain realization method , combining with the actual the system function to be displayed .
