摘　　要：普芬道夫是西方17世纪重要的自然法理论家之一,在自然法理论建构中,他坚持折中主义立场,秉持和平与和谐的理论目标,其著述对后来的思想家以及政治文明建设产生了巨大影响。As one of the most important natural law theorists of the 17th century in the West, Pufendorf is obviously an eclectic in his construction of the natural law theory. With peace and harmony as his theoretical purpose throughout, his wrotomg has a great enlightening influence both on his following thinkers and on the construction of political civilization
