摘 要:目的探讨高压氧在儿童脑损伤治疗中的临床疗效。方法选取该院2010年3月—2013年10月收治的160例儿童脑损伤患者作为研究对象,随机均分为两组,治疗组及对照组各80例,两组患者均采用常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用高压氧治疗。疗程结束比较两组疗效。结果治疗后高压氧组患者的惊厥时间(3.26±1.27)d,显著少于对照组(8.68±1.86)d(P<0.001);高压氧组患者的昏迷时间(4.75±1.52)d,显著少于对照组(10.96±2.40)d(P<0.001);高压氧组80例中痊愈62例(77.50%),有效15例(18.75%),无效3例(3.75%),总有效率96.25%;对照组80例中痊愈28例(35.00%),有效25例(31.25%),无效27例(33.75%),总有效率66.25%。高压氧治疗组总有效率为96.25%,明显优于对照组66.25%(P<0.005)。结论高压氧在儿童脑损伤患者治疗过程中,可改善患者临床情况,缩短惊厥以及昏迷时间,有较好疗效,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of hyperbaric oxygen in the treatment of brain injury in children. Methods160 children with brain injury admitted in our hospital from March 2010 to October 2013 were selected and randomly and equally divided into 2 groups, the treatment group and the control group, with 80 cases in each. Both groups were treated with the conventional therapy. And in addition, the treatment group was treated with the hyperbaric oxygen therapy. At the end of the treatment,the curative effects of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the convulsion time of hyperbaric oxygen group was(3.26 ± 1.27) d, significantly less than(8.68 ± 1.86) d of the control group(P〈0.001); the duration of coma of the hyperbaric oxygen group was(4.75±1.52) d, obviously less than(10.96±2.40) d of the control group(P〈0.001); of the 80 cases in the hyperbaric oxygen group, 62 cases were cured(77.50%), the treatment was effective in 15 cases(18.75%), invalid in 3 cases(3.75%), the total efficiency was 96.25%; of the 80 cases in the control group, 28 cases were cured(35.00%), the treatment was effective in 25cases(31.25%), invalid in 27 cases(33.75%), the total effective rate was 66.25%. the total efficiency of the hyperbaric oxygen treatment group(96.25%) was much better than that(66.25%) of the control group(P〈0.005). Conclusion For children with brain injury, hyperbaric oxygen therapy can improve the clinical conditions of them, shorten the time of convulsions and coma with good curative effect, which is worthy of promotion and application.
