复杂发绀型先天性心脏病应用改良Blalock-Taussig分流术治疗的临床效果探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨改良Blalock-Taussig分流术在复杂发绀型先天性心脏病患者中的临床治疗效果。方法对来该院诊治的80例患者入院资料进行分析,将其随机分为两组。对照组采用常规方法治疗,实验组采用改良Blalock-Taussig分流术治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果该研究中,实验组机械辅助通气（5-96 h）、患者治疗后2例死亡,死亡率为5%,1例患者出现不良反应,不良反应发生率为2.5%,低于对照组（P〈0.05）;患者治疗后SaO2为（78.4±4.3）%,高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论复杂发绀型先天性心脏病发病率较高,死亡率也相对较多,临床上采用改良Blalock-Taussig分流术治疗效果理想,值得推广使用。Objective To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of modified Blalock-Taussig shunt on patients with complex cyanotic congenital heart disease. Methods The data of 80 patients admitted to our hospital were analyzed and they were randomly divided into two groups. The control group were given the conventional treatment, the experimental group were treated with the modified Blalock-Taussig shunt. The treatment effects were compared between the two groups. Results In this study, the experimental group were treated with assisted mechanical ventilation（5-96h）, 2 patients died after treatment, the mortality rate was 5%,1 patient had adverse reactions, the incidence of adverse reactions was 2.5%, lower than that of the control group（P 0.05）; after treatment the SaO2 of the experimental group was（78.4% ± 4.3%）, higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The morbidity of complex cyanotic congenital heart disease is high, and the mortality is high, too. Modified Blalock-Taussig shunt applied in clinical practice has ideal effect on the disease, so it is worthy of promotion and application.
