摘　　要：目的探讨南宁市农村居民无偿献血意愿及相关知识知晓度,为促进农村无偿献血提供参考。方法发放调查问卷,对3 815名南宁市辖六县18-60周岁居民进行无偿献血意愿及相关知识知晓度进行调查分析。结果南宁市农村居民对无偿献血年龄规定、献血间隔和献血量的知晓率分别为34.0%、35.3%和56.9%;在献血条件便利的前提下69.1%被调查者愿意参加无偿献血,75.5%被调查者表态支持亲友参加无偿献血。结论若能加强无偿献血宣教和献血服务,农村无偿献血工作将获得较大提升。Objective To study the intention and relative knowledge about blood donation without compensation of Nanning country dwellers so as to provide a reference for promoting the blood donation without compensation in rural areas. Methods Questionnaires were given to the 3815 residents aged 18 -60 years old living in the six counties under the jurisdiction of Nanning for investigating and analyzing their intention and relative knowledge about blood donation without compensation. Results The awareness rate of the age qualification, blood donation interval and blood volume of blood donation without compensation of Nanning country dwellers was 34.0%, 35.3%, 56.9%, respectively. In the conditions that the blood donation is convenient, 69.1% of the country dwellers were willing to donate blood without compensation, and 75.5% of them supported their relatives and friends donating blood without compensation. Conclusion The blood donation without compensation work in the rural areas will be improved greatly if the propaganda and education and service related to blood donation without compensation are strengthened.
