优质护理联合左氧氟沙星在产褥期感染中应用价值探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨优质护理联合左氧氟沙星在产褥期感染中的应用价值。方法选择于该院进行分娩的136例产褥期产妇作为研究对象,将136例产妇均采用随机分组的方式分为两组,其中观察组70例患者予以优质护理,并对发生产褥感染的患者采用左氧氟沙星进行控制治疗,对比组66例患者予以常规处理,观察并比较各组患者的护理效及患者对护理工作的满意程度。结果经护理干预,观察组仅1例患者发生产褥感染,对比组则有8例发生产褥感染,两组患者产褥感染发生情况相较观察组感染率明显低于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组患者乳腺炎及会阴伤口感染及子宫复旧的发生率也明显低于对比组发生率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组患者母乳喂养率及满意率均明显高于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在产褥期感染中应用优质护理联合左氧氟沙星进行干预,可有效降低患者产褥感染率并减少乳腺炎及子宫复旧等并发症,同时明显提高患者母乳喂养及对护理工作的满意度,具有重要应用价值。Objective To explore the application value of high-quality nursing combined with levofloxacin for puerperal infection.Methods 136 cases of puerperal women delivered in our hospital were selected as the subjects, and randomly divided into 2groups. 70 patients in the observation group were given high-quality nursing and those with puerperal infection were given levofloxacin for controlling and treating the infection. And 66 patients in the control group were given the conventional treatment. The nursing effect and the level of satisfaction with nursing of the two groups were observed and compared. Results After nursing intervention, there was only 1 case with puerperal infection in the observation group, while 8 cases with puerperal infection in the con-trol group, the infection rate of the observation group was obviously lower than that of the control group（P 0.05）, and the incidence of mammitis, perineum wound infection and involution of uterus rate were significantly lower than those of the control group（P〈0.05）, and the breast-feeding rate and satisfaction rate were obviously higher than those of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion For puerperal infection, high-quality nursing combined with levofloxacin has important application value, which can effectively reduce the incidence of puerperal infection, mammitis and involution of uterus and other complications as well as improve the breast feeding and satisfaction with the nursing work in the patients.
