血浆置换联合丙种球蛋白在神经系统免疫性疾病中临床应用的综合探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨血浆置换术联合丙种球蛋白在治疗神经系统免疫疾病的临床效果。方法选取该院在2010年2月—2014年2月间收治的200例神经系统免疫性疾病患者的临床资料,根据随机分组法原则,将患者平分为两组,每组100例病例。两组患者均接受常规治疗,对照组在常规治疗基础上采用血浆置换治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合使用丙种球蛋白治疗,对比分析两组患者神经功能评分、临床疗效、住院时间。结果 1观察组中治疗显效患者70例,治疗有效患者25例,总有效率为95%,对照组中治疗显效患者58例,治疗有效患者27例,总有效率为85%。观察组治疗有效率明显优于对照组,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2观察组的住院时间低于对照组,神经功能评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血浆置换联合丙种球蛋白在在神经系统免疫性疾病中值得进一步推广、研究、完善。Objective To observe the clinical effect of plasmapheresis combined with gamma globulin in the treatment of neurological autoimmune diseases.Methods The clinical data of 200 cases with neurological autoimmune diseases admitted in our hospital from February 2010 to February 2014 were selected.And the patients were equally divided into two groups in accordance with the principle of randomization method with 100 patients in each.Based on the conventional treatment,the control group was given the plasmapheresis,and the observation group was given plasmapheresis combined with gamma globulin.And the neurological function score,clinical efficacy,duration of hospitalization were compared and analyzed between the two groups.Results 1In the observation group,the treatment was remarkably effective in 70 cases,effective in 25 cases,the total effective rate was 95%,in the control group,the treatment was remarkably effective in 58 cases,and effective in 27 cases,the total effective rate was 85%,the effective rate of the observation group was much better than that of the control group,the comparison was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.2The duration of hospitalization of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,the neurological function score was better than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Plasmapheresis combined with gamma globulin for neurological autoimmune diseases is worthy of further promotion,study and improvement.
