稳心颗粒联合美托洛尔治疗冠心病室性心律失常临床探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨稳心颗粒联合美托洛尔治疗冠心病室性心律失常临床疗效情况。方法分析该院2013年1月—2014年1月收治的100例冠心病室性心律失常患者临床资料,依据治疗措施不同进行分组,对照组50例和联合治疗组50例。观察两组临床治疗总有效率情况。结果联合治疗组冠心病室性心律失常临床治疗的总有效率100%高于对照组88%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论稳心颗粒联合美托洛尔治疗冠心病室性心律失常临床症状改善明显,预后良好,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Metacentric particles and Metoprolol in the treatment of ventricular ar-rhythmia in coronary heart disease. Methods The clinical data of 100 coronary heart disease patients with ventricular arrhythmia admitted in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2014 were analyzed. According to different treatment measures, the patients were divided into two groups, the control group and the combined treatment group with 50 patients in each. And the total effective rate of clinical treatment of the two groups was observed. Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment of the combined treatment group was 100%, higher than 88% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant, P〈0.05. Conclusion The clinical symptoms of ventricular arrhythmia in coronary heart disease treated by Metacentric particles combined with Metopro-lol improve obviously with good prognosis, the treatment is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
